Customer must produce their original invoice for the goods to be returned. No returns on products out of stock or purchased during a promotion.   Earthen Fire reserve the right not to refund if the products are deemed as not being in a resellable condition, if there is no proof of purchase, or if the products are returned after the 30 day period. A 10% handling fee to be charged on returned products We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days.

Goods remain the property of Earthen Fire until they have been paid in full by the purchaser.   All goods are inspected before despatch, in the event of defects resulting from faulty material that is agreed to by the manufacturer Earthen Fire will replace such defective goods prior to them being laid or fixed in position.
